Questions you may wish to ask your insurance company to determine coverage prior to setting up an appointment time are:
- Does my policy include mental health benefits?
- Is there a deductible and have I met this amount yet?
- What is the allowable coverage amount per therapy session?
- How many therapy sessions does my plan cover per year?
